No title. Just bill of sale. Upgraded the 3 horsepower engine to a 10 horsepower Tecumseh engine with electric start. Totally stripped apart, new bearings and tires. The frame has been painted and totally rebuilt. What's left to do is paint all sheetmetal and assemble. Have over $3500 invested. Selling due to health problems.
