Chopper Chopper description

Custom built chopper wrapped around a Honda CB750 engine w/5 speed transmission.

The jig built frame is powder coated 1/8" wall DOM steel tubing using 1 1/4" and 1 3/4" diameters 

The engine came out of a donor bike that had just over 10,000 miles. 
I no longer have the stock speedometer so I can't verify the actual mileage. 

The front end is the Ultima 65mm inverted fork assembly with raked trees. 
Everything on the front end is chrome. 

Chrome 21" spoke front wheel with a polished stainless steel brake rotor and a chrome brake caliper and stainless steel brake line. 
The front tire is a 80/90 x 21 Shinko Tour Master. 
Chrome handlebars, risers, controls and grips.

A blind mounted 3.3 gallon Mustang tank, sealed before painted. 

Custom fabricated rear fender. 
Custom fabricated chain guard, hand made to match the fender. 
Custom fabricated aluminum oil tank. 
Custom fabricated seat with a single shock/spring and covered with leather. 

Frame end caps are red acrylic plastic with LED's wired as running lights. (If you need to have turn signals you could hook these up for that purpose.)
Tail light is a chrome plated '39 Chevy light with LED's.

16" solid aluminum chrome plated rear wheel
Polished stainless steel brake rotor and a chrome plated caliper. 
Rear master cylinder is a late model Honda CBR connected with a stainless steel brake line.
Rear tire is a 140/90 x 16 Shinko Tour Master.

Stainless steel exhaust with no baffles. 

Carburetors are 100% rebuilt with new gaskets and o-rings. 
Dyna coils and points ignition.
8 cell Ballistic battery. 
Electric and kick start.

A chopper true to it's word as Hungarian motorcycle enthusiast Istvan Puskas quite literally spent two years chopping wood to make his dream ride. The one-of-a-kind bike, built by the 52-year-old tractor driver from Budapest, is made from water resistant black locust wood and is powered by a small engine donated from a Fiat. “American Choppers” star Paul Teutul Sr. will be appearing on another television reality show, joining the cast of the upcoming season of “Celebrity Apprentice“. Orange County Chopper‘s Teutul will be competing in the 12th season of Donald Trump‘s show, and the fifth to feature a cast of celebrities (or pseudo-celebrities, depending on how you look at it) each competing on behalf of a chosen charity.
