For Sale 2007 Buell Lightning 1200XB12S. 9,600mis. This is a 1200cc motorcycle. It is a serious sport bike with lots of low end torque, stopping power and very good handling. It is a blast to ride and will exceed all your expectations. It has never been on a track or participated in any legal or illegal events. It has been well maintained with regular oil and filter changes. I have added a right side air scoop to help with cooling the rear cylinder. This is 1 of the best looking Buells made. Motorcycle.com’s own Kevin Duke recently took a tour of Erik Buell’s “little” garage where Buell motorcycles are dreamed up and created and it looks like a mighty fine place to work! The Buell factory is a quite small operation but quite technically advanced, using high-tech testing facilities and computer programs to design, build, and test out their bikes. Erik Buell Racing To Host Dealers At AIMExpo

Add another to the list of manufacturers committing to the American International Motorcycle Expo, as Erik Buell Racing (EBR) has announced it will be hosting its dealers at the event to be held in October this year. As such, EBR joins an expanding list of motorcycle OEMs participating in AIMExpo, the powersports industry’s first combined trade, consumer and media event in North America. Since introducing its first motorcycle, the EBR 1190RS, in 2011, enthusiasts worldwide have been waiting to see the rest of Erik Buell’s lineup.

AMSOIL Giving Away a 2014 Erik Buell Racing 1190RX

Synthetic lubricant company AMSOIL has been a sponsor of Erik Buell Racing for a few years now, backing the fellow Wisconsin-based company’s racing efforts since 2011. Now that EBR has started mass production of the 1190RX streetbike, AMSOIL is continuing the partnership by giving one away. A 2014 EBR 1190RX is the grand prize of the AMSOIL Building Legends Sweepstakes, which runs now through Nov.
