2002 BMW K 1200 LT, K1200 LT 2nd owner and have owned it for the last 6yrs. The bike has always been garage kept and has been maintained professionally by trained techs.The equipment includes Radio,Cassette with a 6disc CD player/changer.ABS brake system (the best brakes than any other bike around) in my opinion..Electronic cruise control and on board computer. Heated seats front and rear with heated grips.I drive this bike to work 145 miles a day. Front wind shield new powers up and down, New brakes front and rear .Tires are still in great shape,but have already bought new ones that I will go with bike.This is the ultimate touring motorcycle by far.It has been serviced as required by BMW and truly a trouble free riding pleasure. Larry Pegram To Race EBR 1190RX In 2014 AMA Superbike
Mon, 20 Jan 2014Larry Pegram and Erik Buell Racing will be partnering up in 2014 to race an EBR 1190RX in AMA Superbike. This will be Pegram’s third different OEM in as many years, as he rode a Yamaha last year, BMW before that and Ducati in 2011. Supporting Pegram will be his long-time title sponsor, Foremost Insurance Group, along with EBR sponsors AMSOIL and Hero MotoCorp.
AMA Pro Racing Announces Basic Twins Flat Track Class for 2014 Season
Fri, 12 Apr 2013AMA Pro Racing announced a new class for Flat Track racing designed to provide a new stepping stone for up-and-coming Pro-licensed racers, replacing the Pro Singles class in 2014. The new class, to be called Basic Twins, is more or less a revival of the Basic Expert Twins division that ran during the 2007 and 2008 seasons, but dropped when the Pro Singles class was introduced for 2009. The new class will give young racers a chance to showcase their skills on Twins, easing their transition to eventually enter the Grand National Expert Twins class.
