Up for sale is a 2009 BMW K1300S Sport Touring motorcycle. We are a multi-line motorcycle dealership, selling new BMW motorcycles in addition to a few other brands. This one owner BMW motorcycle was recently acquired by our dealership.  Our BMW authorized service department has performed an overall inspection & safety check on this motorcycle along with verifying that there are no open recalls from BMW Motorrad.

This K1300S has ABS Brakes, Heated Grips, ESA II (Electronic Suspension Adjustment), Gear Shift Assistant, Safety Package, TPM (Tire Pressure Monitor), On Board Computer, ASC (Automatic Stability Control), Luggage Grid, and Market Launch Equipment, all OEM from BMW.  In addition, if you look closely at the pics, this motorcycle has Carbon Fiber bodywork trim all over the bike!  The tail, the center panel around gas tank, front fender, and other bodywork trim parts are all Carbon Fiber Galore!

This BMW has just over 36,192 miles and we hold a clean Title for this bike.  This BMW in-line 4-cyclinder engine starts easy, runs strong, transmission shifts through all the gears smoothly, so this motorcycle should bring the next owner many thousands of worry free miles.  Please feel free to call 617-275-3784, with any questions or concerns during normal business hours.  Trades are accepted & financing is available for local buyers, but please inquire before bidding!

Mon, 16 Jul 2012

BMW announced it realigning its World Superbike Championship program, with BMW Motorrad Italia taking over as the company’s factory team in 2013. The German manufacturer is currently represented by two teams in the WSBK championship, the BMW Motorrad with Marco Melandri and Leon Haslam and the BMW Motorrad Italia Goldbet team represented by Michel Fabrizio and Ayrton Badovini (there is also a privateer effort of Mark Aitchison riding a BMW S1000RR for the Grillini Progea team.) Next year however, BMW’s Milan-based Italian arm will be responsible for the factory team as well as chassis development and testing. BMW Motorrad itself will focus on developing the power train and electronics.
