This 2008 BMW K1200S is equipped with a liquid-cooled, 165 HP, 1157 cc inline 4, 4-stroke, fuel injected engine and shaft drive. This Super-Sport Touring motorcycle is fast, agile and very comfortable. The bike is in near flawless condition and has been garaged for the life of the bike. The bike comes with the added features of a Sargent Cafe seat, Two Brothers carbon fiber exhaust pipe, BMW sport touring bags, and a BMW luggage rack. OEM seat and pipe are included in the sale at no extra charge. The bike has new tires (less than 500 miles) and new battery and was professionally serviced at 18,000 miles. BMW Partners with India’s TVS Motor, Plans Sub-500cc Models
Mon, 08 Apr 2013BMW announced it has signed a long-term agreement with Indian manufacturer TVS Motor to develop and produce small-displacement motorcycles. The two companies have been in discussions for several months now, but alliance is only now official. Under the agreement, BMW and TVS will work together to develop a new model with an engine displacement smaller than 500cc.

Mon, 23 Jul 2012Marco Melandri bit a chunk off of Max Biaggi‘s World Superbike championship points lead by taking a pair of wins at Brno. The double was the first in Melandri’s career and the first for BMW. Biaggi, who arrived in the Czech Republic with four wins and nine podium finishes in ten previous races at Brno, was held off the podium this year, shrinking his lead in the championship to 21 points from 48.
